Representatives of GazIntech, together with the representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and Rosmorrechflot, took part in a regular session of the Committee on Social Matters of the Union of Russian Shipowners (SOROSS). SOROSS is an all-Russian branch association of shipowners — employers, representing their legitimate interests and protecting their rights in the sphere of social and labor relations with trade unions and their associations, and also with public authorities. The association unites more than 80 Russian organizations engaged in sea carriage and promoting the development of trade navigation in Russia.

The session considered the questions of issue of Seafarers’ Identity Documents, [Seamen’s Books], and regular traveling passports to the seamen of navigation companies.

GazIntech is the developer of the Rosmorrechflot departmental segment of the State system of producing, processing and control of new generation passport-visa documents, issuing Seafarers’ Identity Documents, and also of the system of issue and keeping of seamen’s books and crew lists.
