GazIntech took part in the Second international practical conference “E-docflow in business processes management” held by the Guild of Document Managers on October 18-19, 2004. GazIntech made a report titled “Contract management within ERP business processes” that focused on using the joint functionality of ERP systems and contract management systems under a unified enterprise information system based on SAP R/3.

The conference participants were most interested in the possibility to integrate SAP R/3 business process with a wider range of document management functions than only with contract management tasks. GazIntech proved the relevance and efficiency of this approach with a solution of its own, the Automated Enterprise Document Management System (AEDMS).
