At the meeting, on June 15-17, ministers of the Interior, ministers of justice and attorney-generals of G-8 countries emphasized the importance of elaboration of unified criteria to issue and process documents with biometrics. Special attention was paid to the issue of compatibility of ID papers recognition systems, including the level of automated data readout. At the meeting the Ministers were demonstrated a program-technical complex developed by the public corporation “GazIntech”; it enables to carry out control over passport and visa documents of the new generation. The presentation showed that the complex developed by our company fully met the level of the best foreign models.
